libcerf1-dbg software package provides Complex error function library - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcerf1-dbg
libcerf1-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcerf1-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcerf1-dbg *
You will get with libcerf1-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
